        Absolute farce of a place. With the money they charge compared to competitors they still cant get enough staff to deliver the items, they lie saying they attempt delivery when they havent and then give you excuse after excuse when questioned. It takes some doing to be worse than Evri/Hermes but Royal Mail are doing a grand job of becoming the joke of the delivery sector
