Quite disappointed today, and I have been very happy with the survice until now. Went in with my husky, did my shopping as usual, did a bit of training with her in there as well. As I'm leaving I asked if I can bring in my other dog for a quick training session (I always ask). One of the employees said yes the other one said "you can't now sorry, M someone said you can't as you wouldn't do that in other shops would you". I was shocked! And yes I would absolutely do that in other PET shops i visit. Clearly dogs are allowed in there, as I also saw 2 separate people with pups walk in in the next 3 minutes. And I'd understand if i was coming in, training and then leaving. But just since the beginning of April I have spent nearly 200 in your shop. That was such a bizarre response to an owner that not only contributes a lot to your business, but also an owner trying to enrich their pet by engagement in various environments. That was extremely disappointing, I was very happy with the range of products but will be taking my money to a pet store allowing me to sit in the corner and reward my dog for sits and downs. PS: I said M someone as I can't remember the name mentioned by the employee, I assume a manager maybe
