Bespoke Lettings

Overall poor experience Home wasnt clean washing machine dryer fridge had remnants in it and thats all ok if its documented that way but my inventory claimed everything was excellent, changing it of-course within 14 days is my right, but was quite difficult and a full on process, Broken patio door has been an issue for 4 months now with no advancements Everyone that takes this issue on magically retires and gets dropped completely and then Im shifted to another person, I think Im on the fourth now Was difficult to get the previous persons junk out of the house took weeks Was difficult to inventory Difficult to change broken things Poor overall

We have recently moved out of a property that we had with bespoke for over 5 years. Throughout our time at the property Bespoke have been absolutely fantastic, incredibly professional and very supportive. No request is too big or small and they are always available to answer any queries. Any repairs have been completed in a timely manner and when we had a pipe burst they went above and beyond to ensure we had urgent repairs. Special thanks to Penny who has been outstanding throughout our tenancy. Thank you Bespoke, we would highly recommend! Roz and Luke.
