I decided to give Ernest Jones a try in my local area of Crewe , I spoke to Daisy and explained my problem she said leave it with me for a short while i came back after 20 mins whilst been shopping and hey presto she had adjusted it correctly what a star.
Also shop assistant Sarah was very help full, knowledgeable and polite showing my wife some jewellery.
Both of these staff are a asett to the company.
