Thanks to all the staff who work tirelessly to look after us all and last week was quite exceptional was cared for by by Blessing Ugowe and Mandy Robbins what a brilliant team we go there with problems and worries but delighted they sorted me out and got me relaxed and many thanks great team effort cheers

I have had over the past few days a very poor and bad experience with this service. Not being called back when I was told I would be, then when they do call back I've not been able to answer due to being at work. I've rung back only to be spoken to by a very unhelpful receptionist that made me feel guilty for not answering their calls because I was in work. After all this and to be told that they can't provide the help I need has just been a complete waste of time. If I could give this service zero stars I definitely would!!!

Cant get online orders due to high demand, cant get through on the phone, cant get through to the normal GP, no walk in appointments. Whats the point? What are you supposed to do?

I had a very insensitive nurse, she also gave me misleading medical advice which is quite concerning. Will never come here again.
