Used this company over many years to upgrade our business. Thay have always done a good job and also helped over the phone if things go wrong .we are a big company and it is covered with EPG equipment. You can phone up for advice and there only to happy to help. If something is broken they are there that day or the next day . They send out reminders to when it's service time which I find very useful other wise it's easy ti miss a service . Very happy with the service and happy to recommend

Mr Mcrae, Obviously with you being a long standing customer of ours we are sorry to here you feel this way, we are aware that a call out fee was an issue to you which is the reason you felt the need to cancel your contract, however we felt a call out charge was needed as the requested for one of our engineers was made by your self to attend your home in the middle of the night to remedy an issued caused by building contractors you had employed, the cost was to cover the engineers time and materials on site. I had a new intruder alarm installed recently. Excellent customer service, all members of staff are very welcoming and friendly, would highly recommend. Thankyou EPG, will be using you guys again!

Okay at what they do but expensive and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired as they don't reply to correspondence
