Making a claim proved to be more stressful than having my phone stollen. They request a great deal of evidence in an effort to make life miserable for the applicant and induce them to give up on the claim. The time and effort required are simply not worth it, I rather call it a loss than having to use this company again

Repair was carried out quickly and received phone back in three working days but I was asked to provide a 'proof of usage' from my service provider. It took 1 month to get the proof of usage document from my service provider (three - who were spectacularly useless) which slowed the process down enormously. Not sure why this was required as the phone was registered with PyB (via it's IMEI number) for months before it was damaged and I was insuring the phone not my provider contract. Seemed an unnecessary demand.
