Spacious dessert shop in Crewe with plenty to choose from. Great selection of waffles, shakes and ice cream. We were a large group but they were easily able to accommodate. Quick service and great staff.

Ordered a Reeces pancake and two waffles, they brought a hersheys pancake instead of the reeces. Explained it was a Reeces we ordered, the lady took it back and the man came over. He said you ordered the Hersheys. I said, I didnt I ordered a Reeces. The girl bought the Hersheys one back over, I said I dont want it, its not what I ordered. They took it back and didnt bring anything else. As you pay when you order we had already paid for it. The fact they wouldnt make a new pancake which costs literally pence to make is ridiculous. No apology to say sorry I must have misheard you. Poor customer service.
