Near reception was a vending machine (sweets, drinks)

I was visiting family from New Zealand and just wanted to say that the receptionist Alice was so charming, friendly, and sweet! I was staying with my daughter and she was grumpy and jetlagged for a lot of the trip but she really got along with Alice and so cheered up a lot. It was such a relief - didn't expect to meet another kiwi like that!!
A special thanks to Alice, she made everything very easy for us AND got my daughter excited about reading again! Thank you!
