        Honestly appalled by customer service at this gym, asked for my membership to be cancelled 3 months ago, which I thought had been sorted around 2 weeks ago I received an email from them telling me I owed 60 and after an extremely long emailing exchange they told me it would be sorted and yesterday I received another email telling me I owed them 90. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. And they are extremely rude when emailing. DONT START A MEMBERSHIP HERE !

        Great gym. Good equipment and very tidy . Good enough to get the job done whatever you're training.

        Not a bad gym, joined in October 2022 as it's right on my doorstep and it was relatively quiet most times I went but since the start of 2023 it's absolutely rammed full no matter what time you go. Not sure if they've had a huge intake of new members in 2023 but it's hard to find a time to go where you can do a session without having wait around for equipment. Unless it quietens down then I'll not be renewing this year and will look for alternative gyms in the area apart from Bannatyne's. Parking is a nightmare so if you can walk then I'd recommend walking.
