Since Lisa Ann - Brown has assumed the managerial role for our account with WEX the customer service has improved dramatically. Each week there has been regular customer contact to discuss, in depth, our usage, pricing and customer satisfaction throughout. Lisa is massive credit to the team and would I recommend her for any other customers.

My account manager always tries to assist me in the best way they can but when I company is still overpriced buy companies which are selling the same product as them selves can you please address the issue of pricing yes I know it is work as national average but in the North East it works out cheaper to use a pump while you're charged pump price rather than car price
