        The worst company on the planet, lies, delays, more lies , deposit not returned. Had to go through county count. Stay away from this company and if they ask for a deposit DO NOT PAY . If you speak to Richard Jales on the phone , hang up asap.

        I've had a lot of fuel cards over the years and they all ended up with price creep to the point that they're worthless. Not with wex though, the price has always been good so I've been with them a good few years now.

        Awful experience, as soon as you sign up they start to do all sorts of things like charge you three months' worth of fuel card charges in bulk (none of which were explained at time of sign up). Also cannot buy items such as AdBlue with our card even though its registered for everything. Tried to contact our rep three times and been ignored each time. Even the staff at Esso garages say WEX is the card they have most problems with customer service wise. Avoid
