Aurora exceeded our high expectations with their recent installation of UPVC double glazing, aluminium bifolds and aluminium French doors in our new build project. Not only were they able to meet our right timing plan (3 weeks lead time from order to installation) that even managed to install them 2 days earlier. Throughout the process they were able to offer great technical advice so we could exactly what we needed. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and courteous. Can't recommend highly enough.

Experience absolutely superb. I contacted Aurora and they came back to me within 24 hours. The owner made an appointment to see me and provided fantastic advice and helped me with the design and security choices. Upon placing an order the end product and installation and out of this world. I'm a difficult customer to please but these guys have really exceeded my expectations. Thoroughly recommend to anyone requiring a new Door.

These guys are very helpful, working around our work schedules, their quote was great and they promptly responded to emails ect, the windows look great and are well fitted, the guys were able to fit all 4 windows on our rendered house in 1 day and without damaging the render, i would definately reccomend aurora windows and will be contacting them when im ready to replace my other windows 5* from me (and my nextdoor neighbour!)
