That star I gave is a falling star. Horrible customer service and there is this one lady at the reception who is very rude, I don't know why your paying her that salary but it's such a waste. They will give you all the run arounds and will not sort your problem out. The hospital staff should be supported as they're the ones sorting the patients of this GP anyway. We only get headache when we ring them. Hope you do the job better as your patients suffer.

Communication between engineers and staff is non existent. System failure 6 days ago and problems not rectified. Played the blame game and put it on the Chemist below. The surgery and chemist surely should work together for the wellbeing of the patients. Excellent service, as usual, from Well. When I put in for a script and leave 8 days for it to be produced, I expect to find it where it should be. I am now 45 minutes late for my next appointment

I have been registered here for almost 4 years but have never been for even one single appointment, not for want of trying for both shingles and asthma. When you speak to the reception you get a very strong feeling that there's no known medical condition on earth that actually qualifies you for an appointment.
