Would rate 0 stars if I could. You need to call on average 200 times before you even get in the queue then just to be told to call back the next day to do exactly the same again. You go in to make an appointment and again no appointments available yet the waiting room is empty

Ive been trying for a week to get an through and when I did was told no appointments and call back at 8am, I am on a production line from 7am so its not that easy to stop what Im doing for hours to try and get through, Ive had to go private now which is ridiculous, this practice has been like this since covid, other surgeries dont seem to have this issue as much and they just wont sort it out at all

Its 11:41 and Ive been calling since 8am and still not got through. When I do eventually get though they will say they have no appointments and I should have called at 8am.

If I could it would be 0starts for me , this is the worst medical clinic ever, I made 236 calls and couldn't get through, I went to the clinic and they said that I have to call at 8am because thay have no appointments left, so I did another 227 calls couldn't get through, seriously what is this ?? Do you even wanna help people ? Terrible!
