Missed first attempt as time slot is 8a.m to 6p.m. Out again for next day, fair enough, waited in 8 to 6, to see tracking status changed to refused at gone 7p.m. Couldn't refuse something I wanted and actually never got to my door! It's been passed on to the Warrington branch now, for delivery in 2 days time.....don't think the supplier is going to be impressed either

I'm giving 3 stars to show my appreciation to delivery service which was absolute nightmare however with support provided by Kelvin from DX Express it was finally sorted. That way I wanted to thank Kelvin for his support and patience.

Unbeknown to me a seller used this TERRIBLE so called "delivery" company and claim my parcel has been delivered when I can show evidence it hasn't. They also show an erroneous picture of my premises that bear no resemblance to my house and have forged a signature that isn't mine.

Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company. They only deliver weekdays from 9-17 , they wont deliver to the neighbours and weekends, I spent 30 minutes on theyre chat but still my problem hasnt been sorted. They dont even have a place like royal mail where you can go and pick your parcel.
