        Guys, if you are in a non-fault accident, please speak to the other partys insurance first. If they are offering to sort it out LET them sort it. If you use one of these "accident management" companies you are entering a world of pain and your mental health will take a nosedive. The stress involved and the potential court case isn't something a person who is not at fault should have to go through. If you go into a hire car with kindertons, your name is attached to those costs. The costs are extremely high. Its then up to Kindertons to claim the costs back off the third party. But until 3rd party has settled claim you are liable for the costs. Its not a process that is worth it at all. SPEAK to third party first if you are not at fault.
