Absolute Scam.I was sold a 2year platinum RAC warranty costing 1499. by my garage with the assurance that everything ( except wear and tear items) is included. After going through the warranty contract i quickly realised that NOTHING would be covered. The contract wording is so heavily biased towards the Warranty Group ( subsidiary of Assurant) you would stand NO chance. Then i started to check on all of the relevant complaint sites, only to see that I am absolutely right. This is a SCAM. I have tried to get my money back as i have only have had the warranty for x8 weeks and have made NO claims. And YES you can see what's coming. They said NO despite the warranty terms saying that its possible.

very poor service and they do anything to weasel out of the warranty you pay for. Also didnt actually tell me that the claim was denied i ended up having to chase them for them to tell me their decision

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!! YOU ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS! I GOT EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH YOU WHEN I PURCHASED MY CAR FROM AVAILABLE CAR. MY CAR HAS NOW BEEN IN THE GARAGE FOR 4 WEEKS!! & YOU HAVE STILL NOT MADE A DECISION WE HAVE RANG AND RANG EVERY DAY FOR YOU TO DO SOMETHING!!! & STILL NOTHING AND YOURE CUSTOMER CARE IS SHOCKING, THERE HAS BEEN NO HELP WHATSOEVER WE ARE CONSTANTLY CHASING YOU FOR ANSWERS. AWFUL AWFUL DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont say this lightly, but this company is severely lacking in customer service, I was basically told initially that the fact I didnt have my Huaaaaweeeeeiiiiii plugged right up my Chatham Pocket I had essentially left myself wide open to being robbed. I swear the young lady mustve simply drenched her cubicle with her squirt as she gave a sterling impression of David Walliams computer said noooo! After around five months of this nonsense and being made to feel like a right plum, I was told they were giving me thirty pounds compensation as per our agreement That NEVER happened. I know insurance companies dont want to pay out if at all possible but I felt like a right tw@. Not for me thank you though.
