Ordering online with co-op food at Remer Street is a total waste of time. If you have it delivered the driver refuses to take any substitutes back as he just delivers and as click and collect - that doesn't work either, placed order of 7 items at 2.30 for collection between 4 and 6 received acknowledgement and advised that store would email when picked and ready went past 6 o'clock and heard nothing ending up having to cancel it. Won't be using again, don't know how long it takes them to pick 7 items?

All the food is fresh and replaced every so often. Staff are amazing and helpful if needed. Would definitely keep going
