Somewhat of a deterioration in service and standards from a couple of years ago. As a customer the friendliness of service has crashed to awful, manners and acknowledgement cost nothing and the cappuccino was a latte. I've never known the cocoa dusting added go the milk foaming jug, swirled together than poured atop the previously added textured milk to my cup. Dreadful.

Coffee isnt too bad for a train station, and they also have vegan food options.

The two workers were very fast and friendly. The line was long and they were very kind and informative when I forgot the word "hazelnut".
