Discounted Cleaning Supplies

Ordered a mop and bucket from amazon which did not arrive, so I asked where is my stuff. I got a long email stating that royal mail take it very SERIOUSLY when items go missing basically implying that I have taken the items. Yes we are talking about a mop and bucket people. If I was to do a delivery fraud ( which I wouldn't) it would not be for the above mentioned service........Great customer services guys

Ordered 10 pkts of metal scourers 10 it states dispatched is 2 - 5 days, however I needed them urgently so I paid 5. 99 extra for a next day service, ,I rang at 4.pm the next day and they said they didn't leave as they did not have them in stock and the next day service is when once they come into stock, they should make that clearer when ordering

I've used DCS several times now for different items. Their manager had great ideas for cleaning supplies for my business (a restaurant). And during the COVID19 crisis, they were a great support in getting face masks and hand sanitizing gel (even while under stress from the huge amount of orders at the time!). And I noticed: Their prices did not go higher, when the crisis started! That's integrity and loyalty to their costumers instead of the greedy over pricing we saw so many other places! Special praise for manager David and employee Tanya. They're great!

When needing equipment for my business, their staff was very helpful in choosing products for me - that ended up saving me money! When they say "discounted", I guess they're serious!
