Absolutely disappointed! Not fresh, disgusting in taste, didn't even see a proper chinese cuisine, full of chemical additives . Soups have a consistency of a good thick jelly. Why? Chicken and noodle soup was dark brown?! Tasted like a leftover liquid from sunday roast. Why? Chinese cuisine is so special! So good! But not in there! Chicken and corn soup could not be even eaten properly, it did not want to spill from the plastic bowl. But the biggest disappointment was the special plum sauce. I took the variety of chicken, pork and prawns. Plus sauce tasted like cheap sweet and sour sauce in the hands of a very bad cook. Sad. I was so so sooo hungry! So now I am hungry, angry and need to wait for delivery from different restaurant. Half of the order ended up in the rubbish bin. Waste of money!! I called the restaurant to talk about it. No sorry, no customer service. Just talking all the time it's their own version of plum sauce. I informed the dish was disgusting, I can't it that. I also asked for the prawns in it, as I could not see them with my bare eye. So I was instructed to it that all and I will find some prawns. Well, I did, without eating that. I just cut some piece looking like a prawn. And it probably was prawn. Probably fried a few times as it was way much more tough than any other pieces of meat. Tough, not easy to cut with a fork, and all GREY inside!! It means it's not fresh!! When trying to complain to the very impolite person who picked up the phone, I heard only stupid excuses, it's their style of food and thank you and then the person just hanged up. Very rude! Five star something chef's special was edible but nothing more. Just soya sauce on some meat and veggies. Tasted more like very thin black bean sauce. So many additives in the food. I will never ever buy there anything. Not fresh, chemical and tasteless food. And it wasn't cheap paying 30 pounds for 2 people and put half of it into rubbish bin. Well...delivery was incredibly fast. 20 or 25 minutes.

Very disappointed the chicken was chewy and next day I felt very Ill with sickness and severe stomach pains

I'd put a 0 if I could Food was hot but was disgusting I had duck and it was extremely fatty and my partner almost choked on his food

Stay away from this place, they can't even cook rice properly and god only knows how old the beef was as was flavourless and tougher than my teeth
