        Extremely slow service, staff are kids who spend more time talking to each other or on their phones. I'd expect better from a gastronomy store.

        Sent my mum to go to KFC it came back revolting the chips where dried up they gave me the wrong piece of chicken I've been to many KFC's and they've not been as bad as the one in Crewe thanks for ruining my KFC

        This is definitely the better of crewe's 2 kfcs. At least here they make an effort to get what you want. There is usually something that you want that they dont have but they make an effort to try and get you something similar. It's always clean, the staff are pleasant and the food is good... When you get what you want. If you want KFC in crewe definitely come here. The other KFC is abysmal.
