I have liaised with Travis from start to finish when buying my new Dacia Duster. He has kept in contact with updates and answering any questions I've had throughout and has been a pleasure to speak to. He helped me pick my car and talked through the different options and he has been amazing! I picked up my new car on Friday and I love it! It is so lovely to drive and feels luxury! 5 stars to Dacia and to Travis! Great work!

I went in as my 2 month old jogger had an issue with the seat belt whereby it wouldnt click in, thus I cannot legally take a passenger. I went straight to the dealership in Crewe where I purchased the vehicle and as it was early morning I was hoping I could just get it seen to as it's not a big issue. I was told they couldn't fit me in and the earliest I could be seen was 1 week away. Fair enough. I returned 1 week later and booked my car in for an all day thing. I opted out of the hire car as I didn't think it was a big issue. It gets to early afternoon when I am informed it the seat belt isn't blocked (shock) it's in fact broken and a new seat buckle will be ordered. Great a waste of half a day and I'm told they don't know when they can order one in for. One week passed and I am finally called and advised I they have the part and I book in 4 days later. Nearly 3 weeks now I have not had a working seat belt. I then book the car in again and half a day later it is finally ready. Overall I was not happy with the experience for what I considered such a minor issue. Secondly I have no doubt that if I had opted for the hire car it would have been sorted within 24 hrs. Thirdly, the staff on 2 occasions couldn't find my car key and it dragged the process out longer than it needed to be. To add insult to injury whoever worked on the car in the workshop either left the lights on or a door opened and my car was returned with a nearly flat battery as indicated on the dash and I had to spend an hour charging it. Overall not a good experience.
