I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THE CAR I BOUGHT FROM SEAT CREWE. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND MUCH ATTENTION GIVEN TO SHOWING ME THE CAR I CHOSE BEFORE AND AFTER SERVICE MOT AND VALET. THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR WITH LESSER MILES THAN COMPARATIVE MODELS ELSEWHERE.

Enquired about a car to see if it was available to view as it was on the Swansway site. Tom called a matter of minutes after my enquiry and offered a test drive that afternoon, told him Id have to change some plans to make sure I can make it that day. Rang back to arrange a time to visit and as I arrived - 10 minutes before the arranged time - I was told the car isnt suitable to be sold let alone viewed or test driven as agreed. I went into the garage hoping to be offered some light on the situation or at least be shown other cars they have. Tom was no where to be seen and left other colleagues to try and explain what had happened. Seemed a bit of a shambles. Rather honesty and efficiency, wasted time and journey. However, Jordan suggested theyd keep an eye out for similar cars they receive in future - I appreciated that!

Purchased the car in September and still waiting for a call back to arrange for a huge scratch on the car prior to purchasing. Booked in to get it fixed along with a software update and told they didnt have time to fix the scratch when I went to pick it up and Id receive a call 7 months later and no call take your money and move on! Very poor
