Dom and his team of trusted tradesmen completely transformed our kitchen and utility - bringing our vision to reality. We called him for a quote and later that same day he came out to take a look at the job, before providing us with a breakdown of the costs (which we thought were fair) just a couple of days later. He scheduled us in for when the kitchen was due to be delivered and went onto manage the project from start to finish - lining up the plasterer, electrician, plumber etc - it ran like clockwork. We found him to be incredibly diligent, hard-working and personable and wouldnt hesitate to ask him to do further projects or recommend him to friends / family.

We contacted Dom @ Cheshire property and building services after the builder we had originally arranged to do the work let us down a week before planned start date. We needed one big room dividing into 2 on a very specific date and needed it to be completed within a very strict time frame. Dom and his team managed to complete this work for us and managed to get other trades namely plasterer and electrician to come in at the weekend so the job could be finished on time! Dom was very efficient and everything he told us would be done got done as promised. We are over the moon with the work Dom did and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!!
