Dealt with these guys at the NEC in October 2022. Jonathan wanted to give me 5k less for my part exchange than other dealers. He also quoted over 2k extra for the add ons than other dealers. Ended up going with another dealer and saving 7k on my new motorhome. Shop around, it'll be worth it.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! One star has been awarded as we couldn't give it zero! Don't be fooled by the excellent reviews of Malcolm's Motorhomes! This is in name only! A company called Cheshire Motorhomes bought the company and relies on the previous company's good reputation. Jonathan, the salesman, is very accomodating and pleasant to deal with when trying to secure a sale. However, once you have paid for your Motorhome, the situation drastically changes. Should you encounter any problems you will experience obstructive behaviour, difficulties in making contact and an unwillingness to solve issues. Be Warned!

I purchased a Roller Team Motorhome from Jonathan at Malcolms Motorhomes today. We have been in regular contact with Johnathan over the last few weeks since we first viewed the vehicle. Jonathan was extremely helpful and responded to all our queries very quickly. Just prior to collecting the van we decided on having an alarm fitted which Jonathan arranged very speedily without any delay to the delivery date. The vehicle handover by Stephen was superb, Stephen was happy to take the time to ensure we fully understood all the features of the vehicle. Brilliant service, I would highly recommend. Great team of people. Nick the alarm man was very friendly, new his stuff, the alarm was fitted very neatly. Many thanks.
