Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Spent a year working at this company but found the attitude and lack of professionalism from middle management unacceptable and not up to my own standards. They were unwilling to help and frankly couldn't have cared less. I, on the other hand, brought a high level of application and efficiency to the table, at a level they were unlikely to have benefited from before, but this was not recognised and therefore they lost my services.

This company hired a recruitment agency, looking to find a prospective new employee in a specific area of the business, and filter candidates down. I was lucky to be one of the chosen few and was excited when I was requested to meet at a hotel for an interview, being only one of 2 or 3 candidates. I arrived at the hotel 30 minutes early to be prepared awaiting the arrival of one of the company directors, what unfolded next was a true shock. I waited for 2 hours and nobody turned up. I was understandably angry however I do understand that there may have been reasons for the no show however the lack of communication was astonishing and the most unprofessional experience of my whole life. The recruiter spoke to the CEO of the company and apparently he asked for my number and I was promised a phone call that evening to apologise. Unsurprisingly the phone call never came. I was let down twice in the same day by this company, after taking unpaid leave to attend the interview, many miles away from home at a location chosen to suit them. Still one week on, no call, no communication, nothing. This experience highlights the moral compass of this organisation. If they treat potential employees like this, how do you think they will look after your goods. I dodged a bullet here, look at the other reviews, do yourself a favour and take your custom elsewhere. A disgusting experience.
