        I bought a set of own brand cartridges for my HP Laserjet MFP M281fdw and the magenta one kept splattering the pages with toner dots despite having performed the 'clean page' ritual several times. I contacted George from Cartridge people and received the very best of advice and attention. It's rare these days to get support from businesses but I was pleasantly surprised and there was even a little 'sorry' touching gesture which was even better. I'm pleased to say that the service I had experienced was excellent. Thank you George. Time for a cup of tea...

        Excellent service, super fast delivery. I have tried their own make inks this time and they are working perfectly in my Canon printer. Although only slightly cheaper than the Canon inks there is apparently quite a bit more in them than the Canon ones. Happy days!

        I have an old HP 7760 series printer which still performs well. HP 57 and HP 58 ink cartridges are used.I used to buy from Amazon but due to the age of the printer the cartridges became more difficult and expensive to buy. Which magazine recommended Cartridge People for the quality and price of their replacement cartridges. I have done so several times. Great service and price. However, I had a problem with one HP57 colour cartridge not printing well. I contacted CP by email. Their response was so impressive and positive. Si Bennett replied within an hour , and after a couple more exchanges led to a replacement cartridge being forwarded to me the next day. The replacement works well. Things go wrong in life and with products. Its how they are dealt with and rectified are the important things. Cartridge People / Si Bennett have been outstanding and fully deserve a 5 star rating.

        I recently purchased two ink cartridges for my HP printer, sadly one of the cartridges failed within a few days of delivery. No quibbles Si Bennett was on the case and a replacement in the post. Fantastic service as a new customer. Thank you Si !!
