Haven't been on home oxygen very long but so far no complaints very friendly staff

Before my report, the vile one a couple down, is I reckon completely made up. Talking nonsense. Receptionists? Ive never even in 5 years spoken to a receptionist. Reckon he / she work for a rival company as Ive never experienced that. I wouldnt even take it seriously at Baywater. Someone trolling. Weird review. Ive been with Baywater since I fell very poorly with sepsis caused by pneumonia and almost died. My organs were getting attacked by my body. I had pretty bad lungs but the sepsis really knackered particularly one of them. Im currently on the transplant list. Anyway this company have been nothing but amazing. Call them , the person who takes my order for cylinders is always friendly, helpful and professional. The cylinders ALWAYS come the next day. The delivery drivers are spot on and carry them in for me now Covid not as rife. No I cannot fault Baywater at all. Keep up the great work. Regards. Neil.

Amazing company. After being diagnosed with a life changing condition that requires oxygen 24/7 I was very unsure of where to start or how to get oxygen, sort things out. Baywater have been fantastic, They are very reliable and staff are always helpful when you call. They have never let me down. 100% recommend.

Disgusting company. Bunch of liars on reception. Been dealing with them for over 3 years, ever since they took over from Philips. Always a headache. Tell you they've sent you an item out when they haven't. Been waiting over a week for a replacement mask, which was 'in stock' and sent out. After speaking to 3 representatives, was told it has been delivered to wrong address (not the first time) and could I chase it down myself before they send it out again.

2 weeks without correct equipment. Repeated calls and pleas explaining impact on mental and physical health ignored. Complained and no one ever got back to me. I don't know how nhs can justify using these people, please bring back Philip's. I am deliberately not calling baywater when I need equipment to avoid dealing with them and was honest when my doctor called concerned asking why I had not ordered replacements for so long. I don't think you as an organisation understand the real impact on people's mental and physical health not sleeping for days or weeks without oxygen.
