Absolute disaster of a company they don't care on if you have a little one to look after and they don't do there job as well when it was wulvern it would of had a good job and they don't move you if you have a little one it took nearly 12 months to get a 2 bed but luckily getting a 2 bed with another housing company and I wouldn't go back to this once moved until they sort out there priorities out and they can't fix anything only making it worse.

I do not understand the reviews Guinness gets over 10 years I have been? tenant theyve done anything Ive asked thank you Guinness Partnership keep up the good work

I have had one of their properties for several years now and have found that they do not keep up maintenance in the communal areas and the service charges are not up to standard yet we still have to pay for it. They do try and keep up with any repairs but beyond that they do not help.

These and there partners sure left are boiler leaking water inside and outside and damaged are flooring and the inspector just laffed when came to view was leaking since before December laminate flooring was soaked and rotting and said should have kept it as proof of damage but since December rotting and stinking are damp to store it inside home ad to take flooring to tip and floor was only fitted less than 12 months horrible companiesto deal with
