Great service, all done initially via email and phone for the purchase of the car. Bought a Jag Ftype from Adam. 1st rate. Everything from the video to negotiations have been honest and above board. No pressure selling exactly the service I would expect from a dealer..Thanks Swansway and Adam

Firstly I was promised that a number of issues with the car I was purchasing would be repaired ready for when I picked up the car, they were not. Car ended going back to the dealership and took a month to finally get everything sorted. Now I have found out that the car they sold me has previous business use, as a taxi/private hire car, which the dealership failed to inform me of. They use the excuse that they didn't know, the checks they carried out didn't show any issues. They have since started using different checks, coincidence? The new checks now do show its previous business use, the previous checks were not fit for purpose. Dealerships have a duty to inform consumers of all previous history of a vehicle, and a duty to ensure the checks they do on a vehicle are able to supply all of the info they need. They refuse to take any responsibility. Will never purchase a car from here again! If you choose to, make sure you do your own checks, don't believe a word this dealership tell you!

Absolutely shocking experience trying to buy a brand new Jaguar XE. Telephoned to enquire about a new XE advertised on Autotrader. Was put through to a sales executive called Adam received an offer sheet via email The offer sheet included every possible insurance product that the dealer offers. I was told that this was not negotiable and I had to purchase them all in order to secure the sale. This was later rescinded and then agreed a trade in price for our vehicle. Asked for an email on two occasions to confirm the factory fitted options and then I would pay the deposit. For some strange reason this email was not forthcoming. After telephoning to request this for the third time I was told by another sales executive that a deposit had already been taken for the car. An extremely disappointing experience...Adam did not have the courtesy to call me to explain why a deal that had been agreed in principle had been ignored. Very poor experience from a company that extols it's virtues as a family firm. From my experience this company has little to no integrity... Update - called back by Adam 45 minutes after being told the car had been sold. Advised they had made an error and the car was available. This would be comedic if it wasn't a massive waste of my time.
