Very nice gentleman on the phone organised to get my dad's prescription delivered as he had covid and I couldnt get. This was a nice gesture so thank you for that.

I sometimes wonder how difficult dispensing medication can be, after all it's all written down.... My last 2 dealing with this pharmacy has been poor, from being told. No there's no prescriptions for you, to oh yes, 1 item, when there was 5 written on it, to oh we haven't got that in stock... Come on the prescription had been there for over a week. To be told 2 weeks later when I specifically asked for epi pens... To be told... Oh thats out of stock, you need to go back to the GPs and ask for another prescription.... This is life preserving medication, surely a phone call would have been appropriate... And the pharmacist working on the 23rd of May 22 needs to have a better patient manner... Rude...... I'll vote with my feet
