We didn't have a good experience and would recommend taking your business somewhere else. Ended up out of pocket and with a problem much worse than when we called them the first time. We first contacted Advance Roofing when noticed a leak on our dormer after a storm. They said it was difficult to identify the exact problem so did several small jobs to "sort" what they thought was the issue. After their 3rd visit the roof was leaking not only during storms but with the lightest of rains. When we called again they said they couldn't come anymore so we should find someone else to sort out our roof. After struggling for a while we found another company who lifted a few tiles around the problem area and found a hole on the felt. 15 min it took them to pin point the issue so not that difficult after all. At least not if your serious about solving a problem rather than charging customers for unnecessary small repairs and then moving on.
