Robinsons Greenhouses

So pleased with our beautiful greenhouse supplied by Robinsons. Great customer service throughout the ordering and delivery process nothing was to much trouble.

I love my new greenhouse. However, I had a few teething problems with installation and one pane of glass still does not fit properly.

Would you like living greens in the dead of winter ?My only advice is choose the biggest greenhouse you can afford.

Good luck with this company. I ordered a Robinsons greenhouse on the 7 th December 2020 through a specialist company. It was delivered 21st April 2021 direct from The Greenhouse People. I employed an installer who came a couple of days later and half way through found the supplied roof apex was the wrong one. Also part of the staging was missing. Today the 25 th of May I have finally received the missing staging and completed my green house. The companies customer service is appalling. Never had a call answered in under 45 minutes. Promised call back with updates often never happened. The correct apex was apparently sent out on 3 occasions. I eventually received one which my installer fitted. I then received another which is in my garden awaiting the companies pleasure to collect. The 3rd is still with their chosen courier company apparently. All the ins and outs of this fiasco are too boring to cover here. All I would say is the finished greenhouse is great but the journey to get there has been a right pain. If in doubt contact one of the installers on the companies approved list and ask them about their experiences about this company. They apparently have their own chat group which I'm told bears out my experience of a company in real trouble.
