They are marked as a package less service but they are not. Even though they had all you needed to make a package they refused to do it.

I would highly recommend avoiding this convenience store. They racially profiled me and my friends for no apparent reason. Of course, the people that work here go by stereotypes it seems. Their employee thought it necessary to record us as we ARE PAYING at the counter. I confronted the hipster looking employee and he proceeded to lie for about 5 minutes, all while shaking and not being able to formulate a sentence without tripping up on his words(hard to maintain a lie!); then, eventually, after another local got involved and called him weird for recording three women, he admitted he was recording and deleted the footage. Had we not confronted him, a random guy would have had our movements and faces on his mobile device! do not feel safe going there again. Don't fund their pockets. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I had to return an Amazon parcel once, and the staff were super friendly. I ended up choosing this same place for a SHEIN order delivery and I have nothing to complain. They were lovely, although I didn't buy anything in the store. Can be busy sometimes.

WORST CONVENIENCE STORE IN LONDON Went with my friends to get a sweet after work and we were racially profiled. One of the employees started recording us without our consent and then lied to us when we confronted him. Didn't feel safe at all!
