We have recently exchanged on my uncle's house and have found Martin & Co to be brilliant throughout the sales process - they were very honest in their initial appraisal, kept us up to date with all viewings and feedback, really chivvied along the solicitors to ensure a speedy sale and, of utmost importance to us, was their sensitivity of the fact that we were selling a much loved home that had been in our family for over 75 years. I would have no hesitation recommending Martin & Co, especially Simon and Joe.

If there is a prize for the best agency I think this one should have it . My experience was renting for three years and it was a great chance to be through this agency. Everything was smooth and easy. All my needs as a tenant were covered immediately . Thank you for Joe specifically for being professional and so helpful.
