I ordered a lamp for a huge dinner I'm having at home and the website said the order would be delivered in 1-3 working days. Which would not be in time. I called and asked the team why it would be taking 5 working days and why I wasn't informed beforehand this would be happening? Super disappointed with the 'couldn't be bothered' attitude.

Nice product, customer care though is terrible. Ive ordered light pendants that were too big using an introductory discount code and needed to exchange for smaller size ones. Customer service refused to offer a similar discount even thought I was essential exchanging the product. Very disappointing.

Great lights and great customer service Unfortunately, one of my lights arrived smashed, their customer service was great and quickly ordered a replacement. Dealing with so many frustrating companies during a renovation and non-existent customer service, it was a refreshing pleasure to deal with Pooky.
