        Our boiler and pump stopped working and we found Thomas on checkatrade. He came round very quickly and we had a diagnosis and repair in 2 hours so we were only cold for 1 night We will use Unicorn 2000 again if we have anymore problems with our heating and servicing our boiler.

        So reassuring to have found this company! Thoms came prepared for everything I wanted doing. However he did not know that he was entering a house where the owner was so fed up with her system. He listened politely, checked everything and left me feeling reassured. Thank you so much Thomas.

        I have used this company several times, once in a real emergency when our hot water tank sprung a leak on a Friday when we were going away for the weekend. The immediate leak was stopped and by the time we returned from our weekend away the tank had been replaced. On every occasion service has been prompt and courteous and the charges have been very reasonable. Highly recommended.
