        Outstanding web design with the most creative, determined and proactive client service. RHC has built us not just a bespoke ecommerce platform but also a business-critical design tool for our website that is specific to obscure embroidery design software. It entailed not just learning to integrate the software's API but also understanding the technicalities of the actual embroidery... down to font names and stitch types. Most web designers would have run a mile but these guys dug in and solved problems before I knew they existed and offered creative, thoughtful and productive solutions to every obstacle we came across. Our contact there is always available to field a question or concern, quick to respond, and able to explain technical or coding issues in layman's terms. We couldn't manage our business without them.
