When you buy a product that is just not good design and doesn't work (not because that product is faulty, but because it is cheap) they won't cover the damage that product caused to your wall (in our case, a poor quality towel rail) and will try to push back on refunding the postage. At a push if you ask for it you may get a 5% discount on your next order, which is basically nothing. Just be aware that this is the extent of the customer service "because that is what their terms and conditions say" (as if that makes it better). Good luck!
