Have to leave another review. Specifically for Dr Hammond, Angela and all the receptionists here. Not only are they welcoming, kind and empathetic but they are highly competent, understand varying degrees of urgency and are advocates for patients of the practice. Dr Hammond in particular has acted in the role of an advocate for me on two occasions now, the most recent one when Ive been very unwell. My GP practice as long as they continue to exist.

Really happy with the practice on the whole. Receptionists are helpful and there is, generally, a good use of triaging through phone calls. Dr Hammond seems a very patient doctor who does not rush his appointments (I suspect he has a number of double appointments, as it definitely feels the most relaxed consultation in terms of timing). He has seen both myself, my husband and my baby and we are all very happy with how we have been seen at the surgery. My one criticism might be that sometimes it is hard to see a GP ( but then that is probably not a unique issue to this surgery alone in London) which is usually a case of ringing and discovering there are no appointments. I'm adding to this three years later - have to be honest I'm still very very happy here. It's the friendliest receptionists I've dealt with and I love the fact they know all of my family (we are a family of four now) and ask after my two children by name when I go in.

Fantastic. Really quick call backs and polite reception staff. Dr Barnaby Fontaine has always been a pleasure to deal with, he really listens and cares. I couldn't recommend him and the surgery more highly.

I don't leave reviews but I thought this practice deserve it. this practice has the best receptionist, they are good, and some of them are the best. I wish people do their jobs like they do, its easy to get access to someone to talk to/make appointment. And the Dr Hammond is the Best Dr! I have ever met in UK, he is so kind so polite, you can ask him anything you concern. I know he will retire one day but I hope he knows he is Best Dr.

I tried to register with this practice as I live 10 minutes away by walking. They refused my application as I am in SW6 and they are in SW10. I politely asked if they could make an exception based on my proximity (as the NHS does allow this) but they refused. This practice comes off as a bit rude and classist.
