5 years of using this shop and I cant say Ive ever seen such great customer service anywhere else. The extra attention to detail, the last minute requests, the regular updates by both the delivery companies as well as the MAILBOXES CHELSEA team. Lyuba has carried this store to where it currently is. Her 5 star service every time is the reason I keep coming back, even when I am sometimes far away. Thank you Lyuba for everything youve done over the last couple of years and helping my colleagues during those busy times. You are a true leader

Lyuba is one of the most helpful people ever. If I come in and the shop is busy then she kindly tells me to leave whatever it is that I need posting and that she will do it after hours. My parcels always arrive and she is an expert wrapper of presents. If every shop had a Lyuba London would run way more smoothly. I highly recommend that you use MBE Chelsea
