    Recently worked with CS Partnership on a party wall award and their work & fees were extremely disappointing. Hard to tell whether their approach was naturally inefficient or designed to maximise billable hours and the owner was unpleasant & disinterested when we tried to discuss our concerns. The other PWA surveyors we used were all quicker and cost a lot less, so suggest looking elsewhere.

    Bad experience with them this year, particularly the proprietor who was more expensive than any other surveyor and half as efficient. Chasing payment seemed to be his favourite thing and it's a shame he didn't work with the same energy on the job we paid him for. Best avoided at all costs.

    Horrendous service when they worked at our freehold property - appointed by leaseholder, paid for by us. They took 3x as long as anyone else to do the job then charged 3x as much. Obnoxious and arrogant owner wouldn't entertain any discussion on poor service. When they weren't paid immediately, they became extremely aggressive, hounded the leaseholder daily, with an energy lacking from their work to that point. Best avoided and, assuming they treat all their clients this way, they won't be around that much longer.
