Sophie made me the most beautiful and delicious two-tier red velvet sponge cake with chocolate ganache for my birthday - she was incredibly easy to deal with and everything was so efficient. The cake arrived in the restaurant without my having to do anything - I was absolutely delighted and so were my guests!!!!!! Thank you Sophie!!!

Sophie is an amazing person and cakes designer. She has created the most impressive and memorable cake for our wedding, not only was it magnificent and so elegant, but also the cake tasted fantastic!
