        Great bike shop, with good selection of small wheeled bikes, as well as more conventional sizes, experts in e bikes, and great to deal with. They have other branches too in central London, and if you are looking to go e bike, this is a good place to go. Great sales team, who really look after you.

        Great service. The team there were very knowledgeable and helpful when asking for advice on a bike and when I had a seeping calliper, they swapped it over for a new one with no fuss! All in all highly recommended and wouldnt hesitate to go back again.

        Bought a Brompton at this shop and had a problem with my gears, which needed some adjustment to work properly. I felt like I was really bothering them, the repair guy wanted to keep the bike a few days "until he might get around to have a look at it". Instead I went to the Brompton shop in Covent Garden, the friendly guy downstairs fixed it in 2 min with no charge AND a smile. What a huge difference in customer service!!
