        We had some rib-eye steaks, burgers and sausages for a BBQ over the weekend. The steaks were truly delicious, on a hot grill they were cooked in no time and needed nothing more than being sliced and sprinkled with sea salt with seaweed and served with salads. Gareth's pork and apple burgers and sausages were were also a big hit with the family. It's my first time to Alder Carr Farm shop and now that Gareth has the butchers there, it's great to be able to go and buy everything you need to make a really good meal. Beats going to the supermarket any day!
