Absolute shambles, vehicle broke down for over an hour in the middle of a congested road. The owner knew full well that the vehicle sent was substandard and even had a diagnostic iPad connected to the onboard computer to deal with the breakdown as it happened so often. Was then told (as per their policy) that because they had not taken funds yet for an incomplete journey that it wasnt their problem and to hail a taxi! Unprofessional, uncontacable and unreliable. Avoid at all costs.

No stars if possible; Terrible customer service, I had to cancel a booking I made due to unforeseen circumstances and a refund STILL has not been issued despite cancelling within the companys cancellation policy. I have emailed several times to chase this and Ive received no response, except to say the accounts team only work on Monday or Friday. A month has now elapsed since I cancelled the booking. I do not recommend this company, especially if changes need to be made to your booking. You have not responded to emails from weeks ago, yet youre able to respond to a review in less than 30min. A refund has NOT been completed, lying to absolve yourself is poor. You are absolutely right, theres a small minority of customers who arent right for a company like yours, and at the same time, theres a minority of companies, yours as an example, that should be avoided at all costs.
