Was given an emergency prescription by the ambulance service on Christmas Eve. Told to collect from crediton boots on Christmas Day. Drove for 30mins to get there on Christmas Day and the pharmacist tells me she cant download prescription as she forgot her smart card. Just what is the point of being open on a bank holiday if people cant get emergency prescription. Complete waste of time. An hour out of my familys Christmas Day just wasted on a pharmacist who forgets the tools of her trade!!
