Thank you to everybody for installing our stairlift. Perry who came and measured, Neil who installed and patiently demonstrated how to use it-several times. Not forgetting Natalie in the office keeping us informed. They are all very professional but kind and patient too. Our stairs are narrow and curved but a solution was found. It's made such a difference. Cannot recommend more highly. Thanks again.

Could not have been nicer, kinder, better quality, more caring. I have had a run of rip-off tradesmen and I was dreading Dolphin coming, but they behaved as though they were my sons. They were wonderful, and the head office in Crediton answers promptly, solves your problems straight away, and again, are really nice people. PS about the complaint below about a 70 call out charge, that is very cheap. I have just paid another company 160 to change a washer on the experienced, it is a shame that Mr Bennet thought Dolphin should work for free.

Words escape me !! My 104 year old mother living alone in Totnes had a problem with her stair lift. The engineer I met and mentioned he had just come around the corner from another job. We went in and he found she had some how turned the lift off. He turned it on and left. She has now received a 70 bill and the company say .....oh yes that is our standard charge! And I say Shame on you Dolphin!!! No understanding at all or mention of a reduction , The parting words were Well at least you didn't have to pay for any parts..

My husband and I were getting in a bit of a muddle looking at stairlifts online. An OT recommended Dolphin, and I'm so glad she did. It was easy to find, easy to get in to and it had a great mix of straight and curved stairlifts to try.
